First of all we are business consultants. We can for example, look at strategy and process with you as well as develop your leadership, board and team capabilities.

Sometimes we adopt the “devil’s advocate” approach and are prepared to have hard conversations with people, even if it means we lose the brief. We would rather do the right thing than the wrong thing because as Schumacher (not the Formula One driver) put it “then you become part of the problem not the solution”.
