Personal development, leadership identity, support during rapid career paths

Geraldine is a top flight advisor in an equities and futures company. Despite massive credentialing, she none the less gets anxious and tense during presentations and an overwhelming feeling of lost confidence in her ability. In common with many people with rapid career ascensions she experienced as what is referred to as “imposter syndrome”. Through coaching with Gedanken, we enabled her to develop the levels of inner state control that she needed to be able to confidently present with even the most demanding of audiences. Geraldine was also able to establish that leadership is always a “work in progress” matter, rather than an end goal and as such is constantly being updated.
